We would like to have a different template for invoices we e-mail and invoices we print for snail mail. Can anyone help with this? My much appreciation.

Create the two templates in the form designer. Choose the one you want for the emailed invoice, and click the "send" button. Then change the selected template to the mailed one, and click the "print" button.
